General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest authority of the Association. Each Partner is represented by an individual from its management team, empowered to make all decisions on the items brought to the IQNET General Assembly.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is entrusted with the ultimate direction of the Association and manages the affairs of the network in the context of the Statutes and Bylaws. It represents the Association towards third parties and attends to all matters which are not delegated to or reserved for the General Assembly by law, or by the Statutes.

Standing Committee on Constitution and Policy (SCCP)

The SCCP recommends constitutional and policy changes, Bylaws, and formulates proposals for relevant rules and procedures.

Standing Committee on Peer Review and Membership (SCPM)

The SCPM reviews the process for membership, proposes the eligibility criteria, reviews new applications, conducts initial peer evaluation and surveillance audits and recommends new Partners to the General Assembly.

Standing Committee Marketing and Development (SCMD)

The SCMD promotes the Association as a highly competent network for management systems certification on the basis of internationally agreed documents, develops proposals for new or improved services for the Partners and their customers' benefit, and recommends publication of papers and reports on related subjects that further the objectives of the Association. It organises the representation of the Association in external instances related to these matters.

Standing Committee on Harmonization and Best Practices (SCH)

The SCH facilitates collaboration and cooperation between Partners, develops proposals for guidance documents on management systems assessment and certification based on internationally agreed documents, and related subjects. It organizes the representation of the Association in external instances related to these matters.

The Headoffice

IQNET Association Headoffice is entrusted with the coordination, handling and management of the Association’s daily activities. Partner service and assistance to other stakeholders are performed directly from the Headoffice, which includes management, technical and administrative/operational resources and capabilities.

The IQNET Association Headoffice is coordinated by the Managing Director, responsible for the overall management of the organization’s operations, including preparation, implementation and monitoring of business plans, budgets, management rand impartiality reviews as well as compliance assurance.
